Sally House

Communications and Elephant Projects Coordinator

Sally grew up in Massachusetts, loving animals of all kinds.  She spent hours doodling them and begged for every animal paint-by-numbers she saw.  She also began riding horses in elementary school, a passion that has carried into adulthood.  The poaching of one of Kenya’s tuskers, Satao, in 2014 was the catalyst for her journey into conservation.

Sally joined the GCF team in 2017 after volunteering at a San Diego event. A communications and marketing professional, she helps with graphic design, communications, and branding.  In late 2018, Sally took on the role of Elephant Project Coordinator to aid and assist in the creation, development, and expansion of GCF’s elephant conservation-specific details and protection efforts.
