Delivered in collaboration with GCF instructors and Scent Imprint Conservation Dogs\, and local field partners Creative Conservation Alliance\, this program provides hands-on exposure to real-world conservation operations in situ. \nThis intensive program is built for emerging conservation professionals and those seeking applied field experience across multiple disciplines\, including K9-assisted tracking\, endangered species data collection\, camera trapping\, wildlife rehabilitation\, and conservation science. Training is conducted directly within active conservation landscapes in Bangladesh\, emphasizing ethical field practices\, adaptability\, and operational effectiveness under challenging environmental conditions. \nParticipants will engage in daily\, structured field activities that integrate K9 handler fieldwork\, species-specific tracking\, and scientific methodologies used in population management and wildlife protection. Applicants do not need to have established field experience; all experience levels are welcome. Training will be adapted to accommodate participants with varying backgrounds\, provided they are motivated\, physically capable\, and prepared for intensive fieldwork. \nParticipants should be prepared to work in hot\, humid tropical conditions and fully engage in hands-on conservation activities. \nImportant Notes on Living & Field Conditions \n\nFood & Diet: Meals will consist primarily of local Bangladeshi cuisine. Dietary options may be limited.\nAccommodation: Lodging may include shared accommodations\, including bunk-bed dormitory-style housing.\nField Conditions: Fieldwork will be conducted in hot\, humid environments and may be physically demanding.\n\nDue to the highly limited number of available spots and the immersive nature of the program\, interested applicants are encouraged to submit a complete application early for consideration.
