San Diego – World Pangolin Day – Take Home Kit & Virtual Paint Event

Painting With A Twist, San Diego

Paint at your own pace, place, and time! Pick up your supplies curbside at the studio, set up in the safety of your home, and follow along with our Virtual Instructor.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for At Home kits.

A link to sign in to the video instruction will be distributed via email before the beginning of the event.

Curbside Pick up times are Monday-Friday 9 am – 5 pm, Call/text 858-304-2318 before you come so we can be ready for you.

All materials needed to successfully complete this painting will be provided in the kit including:
1 canvas
1 small container of each paint color needed
1 paper plate for mixing colors
1 of each brush size needed
1 Cardboard Easel
Napkins for blotting brushes

The only things you will need to provide are:
A device for viewing our virtual instructor
a safe space to create
a cup of water for washing brushes
an apron – or some old clothes you don’t mind getting messy! Psst, the paint WILL stain your clothes so be extra careful!

There is no age limit. Anyone can participate! Please note that our paint is not washable so children should be heavily supervised during the creative process.

Save Pangolins By Becoming A Pangolin Guardian!

Buy One (shirt) – Give One to our conservation education initiative “Pangolin Guardians” partnership project in Nigeria. Each shirt sold will provide a child, teen, and community leader with their own Pangolin Guardian shirt! This year we are teaming up with Pangolino to expand pangolin education, conservation, and protection in Nigeria. Nigeria is labeled as one of the primary export country for illegally trafficked pangolins, which is why we are going directly to the source!

By working on multi-focal pangolin conservation and protection efforts we hope to better the overall wildlife conservation and protection efforts in Western Africa.

All funds raised by this program will be donated to Global Conservation Force to purchase “Pangolin Guardian” shirts and educational materials in Nigeria.

K9s in Conservation 

Did you know that we, Global Conservation Force, have our own K9s! Each one is trained in field work for wildlife protection and conservation efforts. Some are active in the field, others are in their final working interviews, and others are awaiting deployment. Almost all of our K9s work in pangolin habitats, and a few are working on dedicated pangolin conservation and protection efforts.
