Lowveld Survival Training

Lowveld Survival Training:

     A three day, two night advanced survival course set in the Greater Kruger National park, to help raise funds to help aid Anti-poaching and conservation efforts throughout Africa.

     Join us on an advanced survival course outlying all the essential elements of survival needed in the Lowveld. Covering all major aspects of survival including: Finding and manufacturing water, identifying food sources, shelter building, tracking and orientation, dangerous game procedures, signalling and self-rescue, team work and more.

The training camp is located in the picturesque Greater Kruger National Park, and you will be staying among the animals of Africa. All food and accommodation will be provided. During the day food will be located, collected and cooked in the field, while evening and morning meals will be cooked and eaten at the main camp.

About your instructors:

Calvin Kipling:
Calvin has been training and instructing advanced anti-poaching and survival courses for over 5 years. He has instructed all over the world in countries such as South Africa, North America and Kenya. Having done many extended anti-poaching patrols and used these survival techniques practically, he grew a passion for survival and bushcraft. Calvin’s unique experience in the anti-poaching field has allowed for him to gain a vast hands on experience in bushcraft and survival.

Jason Kipling:
Jason has been guiding and taking walking trails in the Lowveld region and Kruger national park for over seven years. Having worked in the Waterberg region, Kwazulu Natal and Lowveld for many years, he has gained a vast knowledge of the African fauna and flora. Jason is a walking, talking lowveld encyclopaedia, and a true outdoorsman.

Funds raised from the course will go towards Anti-poaching and conservation efforts via Global Conservation force.
