To celebrate their 5th anniversary, Art On 30th is lending a helping hand to endangered species and and they dedicated the night as a fundraiser for Global Conservation Force!
On Saturday, May 4th from 6pm-8pm, Art On 30th will host “Call of the Wild,” an art show fundraiser.
Artists are donating animal art they create, the art will then be sold to the public. Money raised will be donated to Global Conservation Force.
Many of the arts pieces will be coming from San Diego based artists, but the event has attracted national attention and artists from all over America are sending in art to be part of the fundraiser.
Kate Ashton, owner of Art On 30th, expects to have over 150 works of art available for auction. Everything from paintings to iron work to statues and more.
The GCF team has made a very special “3D” rhino that event attendees will be able to “lend a helping hand” or “get hands on for rhino protection” by placing a painted hand on the rhino.
NBC San Diego’s very own Dagmar Midcap will attend the event and will help host the silent auction for the fundraiser.

​This is a wildlife show honoring all those majestic creatures that share the good earth with us. If you paint, sculpt, draw, or photograph wildlife, your work is eligible. Let us see what you’ve got.
This show is a fundraiser and Art on 30th will be joyfully
donating to Global Conservation Force from its portion of sales made at the show’s opening reception. Event to be covered by NBC Channel 7 News.
