The evening provides time to relax, explore the waterfront, and enjoy Belize’s Caribbean atmosphere.

Day 2 – Wildlife Rehabilitation & Island Exploration

Today we visit one of Belize’s wildlife rehabilitation and conservation partners to learn about wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, release programs, and the challenges facing native species throughout the country.

Participants will gain insight into the role rehabilitation centers play in wildlife conservation while meeting the professionals responsible for caring for injured and orphaned animals.

Following the visit, guests will have time to explore the town, visit local shops and restaurants, enjoy the beach, and experience the relaxed island lifestyle that makes Ambergris Caye famous.

Day 3 – Catamaran Snorkeling Adventure & Caye Caulker

Spend the day exploring the Belize Barrier Reef aboard a catamaran adventure.

Participants will snorkel some of Belize’s most beautiful marine habitats while observing tropical fish, coral reefs, nurse sharks, and sea turtles in their natural environment.

The day includes lunch and beverages while cruising through the Caribbean waters toward Caye Caulker.

Upon arrival at Caye Caulker, guests can enjoy the laid-back island atmosphere, observe local marine life including bonefish in the shallows, explore the island, and take in the famous turquoise waters that have made Belize a world-renowned marine destination.

Day 4 – Belize Zoo Conservation Experience

Today the group transfers to mainland Belize for the next phase of the adventure.

Participants will stay at the Belize Zoo Tropical Education Center and Research Station, providing a unique opportunity to experience one of the country’s most respected conservation institutions from behind the scenes.

The day includes an exclusive tour focused on wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, conservation education, and native species management.

Today combines two of Belize’s most famous experiences.

Depending on group preferences and adventure level, participants will visit either:

Cave Options

ATM Cave offers a more physically demanding adventure through one of the most remarkable archaeological cave systems in the world, while Barton Creek provides a more relaxed exploration of Belize’s underground landscapes and Maya history.

Participants will also visit one of Belize’s most impressive Maya archaeological sites:

Maya Ruin Options

  • Caracol
  • Xunantunich

Guests will learn about ancient Maya civilization, conservation of archaeological resources, and the relationship between cultural heritage and environmental stewardship.

Day 6 – Mountain Pine Ridge & Cultural Experiences

Explore the stunning landscapes of Belize’s Mountain Pine Ridge region through guided nature walks and ecological interpretation.

Participants will experience a dramatically different ecosystem from the tropical coast while learning about forest conservation, native wildlife, watershed protection, and habitat management.

Later in the day, guests will visit local communities and markets, providing opportunities to engage with Belizean culture, meet local artisans, and experience regional foods and traditions.
