On Saturday, January 17, Scent Imprint Conservation Dogs, Global Conservation Force, and Farm Food B.V. will jointly host an inspiring live lecture focused on the vital role of conservation and anti-poaching dogs in international wildlife protection efforts.
Farm Food—specialists in natural dog nutrition and long-standing supporters of operational and service dogs—will open its doors for this special event. During this morning session, the practical, realistic deployment of working dogs in global conservation and anti-poaching projects will take center stage.
The lecture will be delivered by Wesley Visscher (Scent Imprint Conservation Dogs) and Mike Veale (Global Conservation Force).
The presentation will be conducted in English. During the Q&A segments, questions may also be asked in Dutch.
Wesley and Mike will take attendees inside their work as instructors and project leaders operating in conservation and anti-poaching programs around the world. They will share firsthand field experience, provide insight into their missions, projects, and objectives, and demonstrate how dogs are operationally deployed in the fight against poaching and wildlife crime. The lecture will be supported by authentic field footage from active project sites.
There will be ample opportunity for interaction, open discussion, and audience questions throughout the session.
This lecture is ideal for dog professionals, handlers, instructors, students, and anyone with an interest in conservation, anti-poaching operations, and working dogs in real-world operational environments.
